Researching dash cams to put in my pickup. Looks like the best 2channel video is the thinkware f770, is it worth the cost does anyone have this? Also my back window is factory tinted so should I be looking at 1channel cams anyways cause the tint will pretty much ruin the video quality. If that's the case then what is th best single cam, specifically for night driving.

I have a blackvue dr650-2ch cam and my rearview is factory tinted. It's okay quality going through tint, not that bad to be honest. Of course if we are talking 1ch front cam only I would suggest anything DOD because I've had it during my accident and has been a life saver.

Long story short:
2ch:blackvue or blacksys
1ch: DOD

So Trump is floating the idea of charging a 20% import tax for vehicles made in Mexico - that are sold in the US.

Seems as this is how he's going to get Mexico to pay for that wall.... and at the same time - bring the manufacturing back into the USA which create more jobs.

Wondering though - since MZ3's and other vehicles are manufactured in Mexico and shipped to Canada - does that mean a price increase on our end now too?

My own version of South Beach. Now I guess I am phase 2 or 3. Eating meat or fish with veggies. Bit of carbs once a day. Seems to be working. Nut snacks one a day. Exercising 3-4 times a week.

Hi Premier Wynne,

I kicked off my campaign to become Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada a couple of weeks ago, and have been traveling the country meeting with Canadians. I have to bring on a lot of new members if I am going to win this thing and defeat your buddy Justin Trudeau in 2019.

I recently did some events in Ottawa, and I’m pleased to say that the meeting hall was packed -- young people came out by the hundreds. It seems they are getting a little antsy about the fact that Ontario’s economy is grinding to a halt. (These pesky kids, the next thing you know, they’re all going to want jobs!) I know you are not spending any time worrying about them. You’re too busy dreaming up new taxes in Ontario, buying carbon credits from California and wasting our money on foreign “green tech” deals, that go nowhere.

At my last meeting, the craziest thing happened. I was about to start my Q&A when a farmer raised his and hand to give me a folded piece of paper.

I was blown away; it was his hydro bill for $71,618.58!

These hydro bills you send out are so complicated nobody can figure out what’s going on. But I guess that’s your strategy -- you do a great job of hiding your mistakes with language. You signed 20 and 30 year green contracts for wind and solar farms and agreed to purchase electricity at 80 cents per kilowatt hour when everybody else pays 2.3 cents per kilowatt hour. I love the way you call it a “Global Adjustment Fee” as if it’s out of your control.

On this poor farmer’s bill, this fee was buried with all the other taxes, delivery charges, regulatory charges, debt retirement and HST charges. You know I’m a numbers guy, so I went to work on this right away. Basically, he used $5,177.31 worth of electricity. The other $66,441.27 amounted from all your charges and taxes with fancy names that you make him pay to cover up for your uneconomic wind and solar contracts. Add this to the new carbon tax scheme that you and Justin Trudeau have forced on voters and you are killing his business. This is his livelihood at stake, have you no shame?

But wait, there is more.

He found out that you recently sold 22.6 billion kilowatt hours of electricity to farmers and their neighbours in New York and Michigan. People in those states are not stupid, they are not willing to pay for your mistakes. They buy electricity at the market rate of 2.3 cents while you make our Ontario farmers and residents pay 40 times more.

Don’t you see anything wrong with that?

Anyway, not to be ungrateful for your leadership and business acumen, but here is what I’m going to do for you. You know how NHL winners take the Stanley Cup around the country and let people take pictures with it?

I’m going to make this Ontario farmer’s hydro bill your Stanley Cup. It is the symbol of your great leadership.

Over the next few months, I will be meeting with thousands of Ontario taxpayers in small and big towns alike. I’ll bring this bill with me. I will explain every line item to them. Time to clear up the hydro bill confusion, don’t you agree? From what the voters are telling me, Ontarians want the cold, hard, truth. I’m going to give it to them.

Oh, one last thing: as a seasoned politician, I’m sure you know how expensive these road trips are. Given all the taxes I have paid to you over the years it would be wonderful if you could return the favor and contribute to my campaign. I am convinced the millenials will kill cable companies. The only draw I see for Cable right now is live sports, but there are other ways around that as well.

I have a promotional deal that gives me basic cable channels for free. I guess that's how they are keeping cable cutter wannabes from cutting cable. Still enjoy some shows/sports on cable so it's all good.

Still have to get an updated modem so I can get the maximum 100mbps. Running at around 55mbps right now. Can't imagine the 1gbps service.

Main floor. As much as I said I was done with Ikea, the kids will probably destroy whatever I buy so it might as well be Ikea.

Also mrs. loki wants a different cabinet for my stereo stuff so Ikea it is and we'll "hack" both pieces of furniture with wood trim and different legs to eventually make it look nicer

I found the forester to drive a lot smoother then the Outback. Plus the outback is quieter which is kinda blah to me. I dunno I enjoyed the feel of the forester then the Outback. Could be it was the car I bought after the mazda and fell in love with it and didn't want to have to get something different not long after. Plus the electronic push e brake is odd. But the 6spd is nice to have.

That's true too. But we do too and it's a tight fit especially with everything. Plus I've never been a huge fan of 2 door cars. It's just easier with a 4 door or well a wagon in my case. At least until I can afford to buy a truck. One day.

Outback went back into the shop on Tuesday. Burnt almost 2l of oil in 1600 km. Told me the first time they May not have done the oil change. Gave them benefit of the doubt and 1600km later the low oil light came back on. Soooo I'm driving the 08 3GT and blackbetty_3 is driving the rental crosstrek. Ugh only 116k km on it. Shouldn't be doing this and Also has a power issue.

I miss my 3. Kinda liking driving one again too.

Soooo I think I'm gonna start dailying the mazda. Subaru went in last week and turns out the short block is toast so now they are fixing it. Kinda not happy with it at this point and while amber has my rental crosstrek I'm driving the mazda everyday. And I like it.

Yes LOL and so was the 3 pints at Milestones before the movie

The seal kept it real until an hour in to the movie. And then again after the movie - but I had to do the peepee dance cause of the after movie lineup.
