Being a healthcare worker myself I do believe there are more than enough docs in the hospital to take care of our patients. There's senior staff, residents and med students all of which make diagnoses and prescribe whatever needed for their patients.

Where doctors are needed is in the community and for family medicine. Many many people are without family doctors which leads to congestion in the ERs and the people who need emergency service get put on the backburner to the baby with the earache.

Unfortunately though all the people in med school don't want to do family practice since for the same amount of schooling they can become surgeons and specialists and make double for their income than what they would make a as a GP. Hell if I had the average I'd go to med school to become a family doc. You are guaranteed a job and patient base as soon as you walk out of med school. Surgeons take years to establish clientele because they are inexperienced and the patient wants the surgeon who has done the operation a thousand times before compared to two.

STOP STABBING MOMMY! we're still thinking of going on a vacation, just the 2 of us, no kids, no everybody... still working on it... i can't lock my kids up in the house for a week by themselves :chuckle sometimes I ask my wife, how the hell did I get tricked into getting married?? :chuckle

we definitely need more doctots in the smaller areas on ontario as there is not enough education there and funding to build better hospitals. i wanted to become a doctor but when i heard that its 7+ years of studying i was like no thanks dont really wanna spend that much time in school.

Macaroni and Cheese with Bacon

Ingredients:


2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 pound bacon
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 1/2 cups, about 6 ounces, shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation:

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water as package directs. Drain the cooking liquid into a 2 cup measure. If necessary, add more water to make 2 cups. Fry bacon; remove to paper towels to drain. Drain off all but 1 tablespoon of bacon fat; add 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour. Slowly stir in evaporated milk and 2 cups water. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to the boiling point; season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and onion. Add cheese and continue to heat over low heat until cheese is melted. Add cooked macaroni; mix well. Serve with crumbled bacon on top.

yeah sometimes being a parent, life gets too busy and hectic, esp with kids, but parents have to remember how their family started in the first place - it's with the 2 of them. So that's what i'll be planning, find a place where to leave my kids (my mom or her mom? i'm sure grandparents would be more than willing to do that, they love the kids more than us :chuckle), and i'll be off to a place, just me alone with my wife. Maybe we'll go to somewhere warm during the coldest days in here, and send you guys a message, complaining how hot it is from where I am mwahahaha

Was driving to work today, came up to a red light at Steeles/Tobram Saw a WB hatch wanting to make a right turn so I gave him space to turn. As the older gentleman pulled up to me we both made eye contact and I can see him checking out my car, he rolls down his window and actually complemented on my smoked led tails, asking where I got them and such. He honestly made my day today

I used to do this all the time at lowville park! not so much GT snow racer after a while 'cuz we started running into eachother on our way down and at the bottom (didn't feel nice) so we resorted to the "magic carpet" which is stupid fast! feels like a roller coaster and going off jumps sent your body into weird contortions that you never thought were possible hahahahaha!
