Very true. But it's really hard to find work these days. In my industry there used to be tons of postings on job sites every day, now there's maybe 5 if you're lucky. Scary stuff.

I gotta agree (to an extent) with foxy here! However, in MY career path (not the one im currently doing), respect is earned and everyone starts at the same place. Therefore, being a "prick of a boss/supervisor" is your right. You put in the time/effort, you deserve to get the rewards of being a jackass (not that i ever was or agree with it).... but that's life!
Now for those that simply "fell into the amazing position as your boss" well... they are pricks/jerks without a real reason and you SHOULD talk to them about it... stand your ground... etc.

It IS hard to find a new job now a days, however it doesnt mean that you have to quit yours for the time being. JUst keep your eyes peeled and make an effort to find a new one while you are still there. No one says you cant do that, and in the meantime just put up with it. Obviously you don't leave a job before you have a new one...unless you get fired...or you REALLY can't stand it anymore. But at the same time, you gotta stand your ground. If I ask for a raise and they do something worse, you gotta be able to show you won't stand for that crap. It also irritates me the fact that they let someone go that was in a junior position to me due to "budget concerns"...yet wen one person left, they wanted to re-hire him with a 2 year offer with what ended up being 40% more than what I make...for doing less than I do...it was at that time I said "WTF? No more...need to change things"

Mmmmm I don't think so, its a first or second generation iPod. Was trying to see maybe the battery was dead or something, plugged it in to charge and it really got extremely hot. Had a good 8 year run with it.

I think I may just have to upgrade my stereo to the mazda boss stereo system that i will allow me to use my iPhone instead of my current set up with my iPod. Anyone have any useful reading material on the mazda boss system?

Yeah I have, but the Apple logo just stays the I dont hear the hard drive accessing. Tried connecting to iTunes but it doesn't read or even load up as a removable hard drive.

Mmmmm I don't think so, its a first or second generation iPod. Was trying to see maybe the battery was dead or something, plugged it in to charge and it really got extremely hot. Had a good 8 year run with it.

I think I may just have to upgrade my stereo to the mazda boss stereo system that i will allow me to use my iPhone instead of my current set up with my iPod. Anyone have any useful reading material on the mazda boss system?

Well, if you're going to throw it out, would you let me try to diagnose/take it appart for the heck of it? I've disassembled my gf's ipod mini to change the battery :) Worst case scenario, you have a handful of parts. If things work out, you have a working ipod again :bana2

Bowled for the first time in ages. Two games, 105 and 148 respectively.

COD4 had better weapons, but COD5 is more old school. im playing on hard right now, so im getting owned alot, but i also havent played in months.

You can upload albums to your user profile. Than you can just look at the properties and get the URL and link it that way.

use a third party photosite, such as photobucket (what i use)
upload said pics.
copy and past the image tags
it should look something like this:

however, if you want to make put it as your avatar, it needs to be under 200mb or something. so you'll have to shrink it down.
