Majic, which colour did you get? If you guys can believe it, my wife got a white one and I chose (gasp) black!!! It is definately an awesome phone. The lack of a lense cover doesn't bother me, my last SE didn't and after two years the lense was in mint condition after a normal cleaning.

You don't have to do the unbranding of the phone through wotan to get MP3 ringtones as you can use Sony's DRM packager, though some people (including myself) couldn't get it to work properly. I used wotan for both our W810's and it was definately worth the $18 it cost to do.

Also a plus, Rogers is making some mistakes with sending out these memory cards and many people are getting them twice (i.e. two 4GB cards)!!!

Let's just say that now my wife and I have a total of 22GB (4x4GB, 2x1GB, 1x4GB iPod) worth of space for MP3's on our up-coming trip ;)

Nope, it came via Canada Post, but very quickly for me. From the time I bought the phones to the time I got the cards was only like 10 days! Of course two weeks after that the second set of cards came. A co-worker of mine also got double the memory.

I had to return something at Best Buy and had to get something price matched at Futureshop (against something advertised on Best Buy's website). Why can't I just do everything at one location? Try adding a bit of seasoning salt. Works perfectly.

As for adding milk... back in school when I'd eat a whole box for dinner... I'd keep a glass of milk beside me so that when I was halfway through, and it started to get too dry, I'd just add a few drops of milk and mix it up. Good as new. :)

The best is when you eat it right outta the pot, and I use the wooden spoon I mixed with to eat.

In the end you only have to clean the pot and the spoon. Oh and sitting in front of the tube, playing Goldeneye on N64 while eatin the Kraft dinner.

How much wear would it cause if you have winter tires and there's no snow like this? I've got Soft ones that i've had on since the end of november...

Any soft compound tire will wear more quickly on pavement vs. snow, but I wouldn't worry too much as realistically even during a 'normal' winter you're driving on pavement most of the time.

The softer the compound the more wear you would have. It depends on the manufacturer but I remember reading once that it you could wear the tread out 25% faster than you normally would had there been snow.

I've seen both movies. I really liked blood diamond. It is an issue that has been bothering me for a while so I really enjoyed it. Some people will say it is very political... but thats what the target was. 9.5/10

They've got some camera's but they don't ever do much. Security there is hilarous, I met some of the guys when I worked at the residence. They don't bother anyone much.

btooth uses blue teeth ;)

one significant advantage of btooth is clutter avoidance.. with a reg mouse you need the RF dongle (usually one per device but some keyboards might work off that same one) whereas most lappies these days come with btooth onboard.. and if not you can hook up MULTIPLE btooth devices to one btooth adapter..

having said that i would not go and replace your RF mouse with a btooth one unless you really wanna be cool ;)

The difference between a regular optical mouse and a laser mouse is the light used to track movement. A regular optical mouse uses an LED light in the optical engine, while a laser mouse uses a laser to track movement. The more dots per inch (dpi) a mouse can track, the more sensitive and accurate it is. A typical optical mouse tracks between 400dpi and 800dpi, while laser mice track more than 2,000dpi.

Neither is really better; it all depends on your needs and preferences. Unless you're a gamer or a graphic artist with a need for precise movement, you'll probably find a 2,000dpi laser mouse too sensitive. Many gaming mice, however, allow you to switch sensitivity levels so that you have precision when you need it but can revert to 400dpi or 800dpi for regular mousing.
