Nooooooo wtf... why are ppl soo scared of dogs...

Sometimes, people don't like dogs in general at first if most of the dogs they've been around are bigger hyper dogs that like to jump on them. I had a friend with a dog like that. I can handle dogs and I like dogs. But if they start jumping at me and charging at me, I do get a bit nervous.

Oh, there's a difference between over-reacting like that...and a dog just being hyper/exciteable. The dogs I was referencing were just hyper/exciteable..any new person they wanted to meet which is understandable. But they would jump at you and stuff...which for small dogs is one thing...but for big dogs, it's another.

Some people just can't control themselves in situations like that.

Yeah, it can be fun to watch lol. For me, I base everything on reaction. If the dog is calm/harmless to me first, I'll be fine. If one comes charging at me and I've never met it for the first time, I'll be on edge but won't run. It all depends on the dog I guess. Some people just react differently. Guess it doesn't help that all dogs I'm around these days are tiny dogs or old dogs that are just pretty lazy/calm

Work in a Hospital mine deals with rehabilitation, specialized geriatric care, palliative care and long-term care. Kinda like a nursing home but it's a functional hospital. Use to work at the main city hospital (Kingston General) but took this full time spot.
