See what sucks is, compared to most people at my work, I have a conscious. This means that if I know there are some people that get to work and start work early, some IT person should be covering. No one else would come in this early but it worked out with my thing of not being late. Hence I start early. Then again, I also leave a bit early so it somewhat works out.

It's just one of those things. I know I have a 30 min drive to work. So I leave early so that IF there's traffic, I'm either just a little early instead of a lot...or barely late.

Cop tried to give me street racing, then stunting and then I ended up with improper lane change....he didn't know what he was doing and had no reason to stop me so he looked stupid in court and judge withdrew the charges. But just questioning the officer and catching him on 5 occasion NOT telling the truth felt sooo good. Both prosecutor and officer had their head down after that one.

Advice to all, don't tell the prosecutor what you have on them. Or else they have time and try to defend themsleves. The guy never knew what was coming to him :chuckle

Also don't deal with the prosecutor if you know you're right. They will try to deal with you but in the end you still get your ass handed to you. I saw 2 of my friends get screw when they tried to deal with him. because they showed their cards and he couldn't counter it but then was looking at another way to get the upper hand again.

two VERY good points!!! seen this happen too many times in my life (not all because of me), but it's damn near impossible to even battle a prosecutor. best bet is to be polite, say "yes, sir" and "no, sir" and try to present your case to the best of your ability and hope things go your way.
