Performance review in the morning!

The last one I had (2+ years ago) wasn't even "really" a performance review, it was "this is how much the partners think you should have as a raise". lol.

I wish I could say I even get those now. Since we downsized we haven't had them. That was over a year+ ago. Unfortunately we got an email basically saying because of hard times there won't be any raises or bonuses for a couple of years!!!. I guess they expect the company to that shitty!? lol. Oh well.

Yeah hospitals have biodegradable waste pickups. All the weird stuff- botched organs after the person gets a transplant, placentas, tissue/organ removals etc all go to a special place and I think they are incinerated. Some I think get donated to Universities and learning facilities as once they are out of the patient they are property of the hospital.

When Rini LIVED in Belleville or St Catharines she would do a lot of her shopping there maybe twice a month since there were no good asian grocery stores that she trusted out in our school area. So we would make a day out of it. Go to yorkdale, go out for lunch then go shopping at galleria.

luckily, half of the people i work with just like to cause mischeif and f*ck around all day. its been really slow for us, so it helps pass the time. its absolutely hilarious. during the week, we got internet on our alignment computer, so the guys have been going on youtube, and msn and all that.
the other day, there was a small water fight, and another one later on...2 of the techs made origami from watching a how-to on youtube, a foot ball has been tossed around, other employees in the shop have been made fun of, its hilarious.

thats messed up..all i deal with is stupid customers not knowing how to do anything. its like i work in a store of retards (not including myself). i had a customer come up to me telling me how the honey won't come out and that it's stuck..i'm like WTF?? so i ask if she turned it upside down shes like yes and then i ask her if she squeezed it.."yes i did"..so im like your a complete moron (in my mind) and i show her how to squeeze the honey out..

That same lady came up to me asking me for a "cover blocker" im like WTH is that??? shes like it stops the rain from going into the cup..in my mind im like why do people think up the stupidest things..so i told her there are straws you can use. (i didnt know what else to say)
