welcome to my life. im far from broke, but im just very wise with my money most of the time. why go out and spend $9 at mcdonalds, when i can spend >$2 on KD. and when i get my paycheck, most of it goes into my savings, and i rarely tap into my savings. i usually put all but $300 of my paycheck into savings.

I actually ran the Parts department under the manager in London, as well as "back window" which was getting the mechanics all their parts, from CT or dealerships/jobbers/wreckers. Before that in Windsor I was parts, service writer and installer (tires, oil changes, mufflers, batteries) while I was in college....

well, from what i remember, the oil filter is right above the CV shaft, or some sort of shaft. the exhaust pipe isnt far from it. its hard to explain, but its literally the worst spot i've ever seen. its a very tight spot, and hard to get tools on the filter to remove it.

My suggestion, leave his car alone and do something else more reciprocal. Play a gag back on him. If he is a car enthusiast at all and if this is a new ride, he may go apeshit depending on what you do. The bumpersticker, stuck on say his license plate and provided it comes off easily, would be the least worrisome. If I was your friend and you did any of the other suggestions to my car, I'd beat you to a pulp, friend or not. Leave the dude's car alone...

In all honesty, the hype about Disney is evil, america has been brainwashed, its a cliche.... not true. Disney IS really a fun place to go! Regardless of the stereotypical assumption that its for kids, or only Americans... its not. I'd say 1/3 or more were NOT ameircans there when I was there the last 2 times.
To each their own though. If you don't go because you feel that way, so be it. But unless you try it, you aren't making an educated view of the place.
Universal is fun too, but only good for a day or 2 tops... Disney can entertain you for probably 2 weeks easy! (last trip was 9 days at disney, and still wasn't long enough!!)

ok, question for all you.

my friend erin is setting me up with the really hot chick lisa. ive been texting her all week, and im meeting her (along with erin) tonite at joe dogs. i saw a picture of her, and she's smoking hot.
however, i found out today, at work, that its all a big joke, and i've been texting my fellow employeee tyler this whole time. tyler/erin dont know i know, so im still player along here.
im planning on going to joe dogs, finding tylers car, and doing something harmless to it, then leaving.

what would you guys do? i just wanna do something harmless...to a point.

I suggest a couple things:

A) Start texting some weird stuff like "So how long have you known Erin for, have you heard of the "______" story. Then when Tyler answers what story you put something realistic like "the gang got coffee for everyone a few months back (you obviously have to have done this), and as a joke we put toilet water in Erins coffee"........you can make up any story really but make sure it makes sense but include something like toilet water, dirt (in food), piss (if you want to go there, etc......Tyler will tell Erin, Erin will freak out......

B) Only works if Erin is single and looking.....but has to be done before the joke of "hot chick" is revealed to you. Get one of your good looking "player" buddies that Erin has not met be at Joe Doggs with his friend (as in 2 guys going out for a beer) and just happen to run into you.....make sure they introduce themselves before Erin comes clean with you or she will not buy it. Start talking the guy up to Erin. Have the "player" do his best charm of Erin and ask for her number. This is obviously relying on your buddy successfully picking her up. Then he leaves with her number, and i'm assuming the joke will be revealed to you when there's no other girl with Erin.....everyone has a laugh, you play into it. Then you obviously have weeks of fun with your buddy playing head games with Erin.......

You have to make sure the buddy is like a "friend of a friend" in Erins eyes, not someone you normally talk to.

If your buddy successfully pulls off the charm and number then you can really mess with her through him......A guy from my University did this to a girl, it was hilarious. Mind you there are so many levels of "harshness" in how you use the buddy to mess with the girl.....

Personally I've always wanted to go, since I was a little kid. But my family could never afford it. Now, I can, and I'm glad I did. Same with a cruise ship... I never had a desire to go on one. You have to sell the initial phone call....and i'm assuming you won't call Lisa, you'd call Erin??? So you would say "Erin, OMG I was late and didn't want to be late and have a bad impression on Lisa, so I was speeding and hit a biker"

*** you being t-boned is not as "sad" as you injuring a biker *** This way you don't have to pretend your car is damaged (say you swerved and made the biker crash into another car).....they will feel worse that you hurt someone else then your car getting damaged. Then instead of a girl yelling at you have your buddy say "Sir we're going to have to take you to the station until we figure this out"....something like that, so you tell Erin that you have to follow the police officer and you'll call her back after.....pure guilt, and the more you ignore her calls that night the more she will squirm

Ya i'm a huge prankster...... I once left a message on my buddy's phone who had just had a custody fight with his baby's mother. I pretended I was child services and that he needs to cease and desist his custody fight as the court is aware now of his criminal past and that the authorities will be contacting him shortly.....Harsh.....but effective.......we don't talk that much anymore.....go figure

Also, a guy got laid off at my old job, and one time I made a mild racist comment (nothing bad, just like a "herro" type thing to an asian guy) and our boss freaked out that he could sue, etc....so he gets laid off down the road just cause of the economy.....so I leave a voice message on the boss's machine pretending to be his lawyer and he's sueing for racism against his client, and I can BS pretty good with like lawyer talk and disguised voice.....the boss flipped out and was about to call the CEO and tell him they're being sued but I got to work and diffused the situation (people were running around the office like there was a bomb)........oh that was funny......hmmm I don't work there anymore....hey wait a second, they told me it was cause of the economy.....:flaming
