That's standard. They tack on $15.75 to the fine for processing or something like that. It's a fixed rate for any ticket.

My cat came back on Wednesday! Yay! After being gone for 3 weeks, she's back unscathed and looking awesome! I still have to take her to the vet for rabies and such, but otherwise, she's brushed, eating well and being her usual mischievous self! =D

Anyway, off to work with me! Just wanted to share. :thumbsup

To be honest I have no idea what will happen next. It does not help me that the vehicle is a rental and that it is technically a military vehicle (since i am on contract with the military). I know for sure that I will have to do a crapload of paperwork like I had to do for the scratch. White water rafting is awesome if you go with the right people - We went last year and took the most advanced routes, but we're all dragonboaters so we can all paddle. I saw some of the boats take some nasty spills cuz everyone stopped paddling or panicked and just flew out of the raft.
