I'm replacing the floor in the upstairs bathroom as well, replacing trim, finish wiring and installing the outside lights for the new patio door and install the junction boxes that will help illuminate the 24' x 26' deck that's going up this summer.

At first I was saying wow teachers make alot of money!!! But next you mentioned your a carpenter and I was like siick!! My brother and I did my basement flooring in two days. Don't really miss the hours went spent doing it but it's worth it in the end. Have fun doing all the renos :thumbsup

I worked as a union carpenter for 22 years (16-38), the went back to university and completed a BA Hon Env.Geog. in 2 1/2 years, then a 1 year BEd. $96 per annum is good. The time off allows me to use my skills. I have fun!

There are nights outside where you have to walk with your hand out in front of your body so as not to injure yourself while atempting to recover the mail at the end of my 70 meter driveway... with a very aggitated Westie as I prefer not to use a flashlight (You fell very alive!); nevermind dealing with the 3kms of trails through my woods.

I found cougar tracks last week... and a stripped deer carcass.
