Desiree, and Ben (who are engaged), their friend Tomasa who just moved in, and des's now ex friend Mikey who is out of here by sept 30th, because Des is a ****.

so, Tomaso visited for a month. cool, whatever. a week later he moves in, but des and ben tell him he doesnt have to pay rent. that is NOT cool in my books. so i talked with Mikey, and we agreed to pay $425 for rent, instead of $550, seeing how there is a 4th person paying rent now.

Des now hates me, because me and mikey "jipped" her $250 for rent.

My company has a lot of employees so I can see why it's not free..

We get the round, a cart, and a sit down steak dinner afterwords, and there are ton's of prizes.

ok, did some calling around today

i called my landlord, he said my situation is our hands, not his. i need to sit everyone down, and talk it out with them.
this pissed me off, because it's HIS house, and all the money goes to HIM. in the end, it is his problem.

so next, i called the Renter's board.
1. their friend that moved in, had no authorization to do so. if a new tenant moves in, a new rental agreement needs to be made up, with his name on it, and signed by all of us. also, we all have to agree to have a new tenant.
2. Desiree has no right to kick me out. legally, she cant. only the landlord can. even then, we all have to agree that said tenant needs to go. and it must be signed by all of us, and the landlord.
3. the landlord, in the end, is responsible for everything. he is the only one that can legally kick me out, and even then, he has no legal reason.
