The old site is toast and we need to regroup and act.

As per the xsorbit website for $600 a year. we get all the bells and whisles and a custom url.

with Auto Backups and 500000 views per month..

I am sure with little effort we can raise that through affiates and resident post whores..

Who says Robin doesn't get torontomazda3.com back to working order and then that causes a huge complication between the two sites. People will go to .com by accident then its going to be the make sure to go to .ca all the time. The name doesn't even mention club at all, people that are not in the loop on the road dont really know what it is. Maybe it will draw more people in...

I am 100% against .ca if you cant tell :P

hey everyone. So I have registered torontomazda3.ca for club use. I also have set up a hosting package with four9.ca . I have Justin helping with the forum creation, I asked him to contact methodyst, and SourceE for creation assitance. The Biz has volunteered to help with organization. If people agree, and feel that vBulletin would be the best software, and people know how to create our forum needs with this software, I will purchase the product right now.
I have no problems putting up the required cash to get us started.
I have saved a lot of money, and time, and have met some good friends from the forum. It is now time for me to give back while I can.
I would want to recoup the money, but that can be over many years. I intend to be compoletely not for profit, and can commit to a regular accouting for funds every two weeks.

TM3 should give up the domain TorontoMazda3.com if he refuses to run it properly. The amount of traffic going there must be huge. I would be ashamed to have my name attached as owner of a crappy out of date forum.

What does he think he is doing? He started it... Nice... But the last 2 years it has been US that have helped it grow.

Should there be a seperation between the *Forum* and the *CLUB*.? Maybe that is the answer....

Let him run the *Forum* into the ground if he wants... it will die a slow death. We will not let the club be deterred.
We can have the *CLUB* Site... bigger and better.. which will eventually over-shadow the *Forum* and leave TM3 gasping "Et Tu Brute"
