C7 Fall Tour. ROLL CALL and pre meet info.

Thought I would start up a new Thread for this. Since Im so pumped about this event, thought id take charge and organize it!

The starting point for the C7 Fall Tour is located in the AMC lot at Hurontario and CourtneyPark. People should start rolling in by 9am to the starting point.

I am calling a pre meet at 8am on sunday morning at the Canadian Tire Parking Lot (Just find a corner of the lot to park) at MAVIS & BRITANNIA (5970 MAVIS ROAD)

There is a Tim Hortons just up the road, so you can get your morning coffee or anthing else you need.
We will leave Canadian Tire at 8:40am SHARP to head over to the CourtneyPark location, taking mavis up to courtney park, to avoid the 401. (see map below)

Please be Prompt as we are leaving at 8:40am SHARP, make sure you have a FULL tank of gas Prior to the departure time. If you have any FRS Radio's, bring them, have your batteries charged, if you have extra's, bring them also, incase anybody needs one.

Also, i will bring a big box of timbits for you guys on sunday morning. I will have smaller boxes so that you can munch on these during the cruise. I will bring extra waiver forms with me incase anybody forgets theirs. You need to sign a waiver for this cruise. Lets make this a good day!

Way we did it 2 years ago was that they had the clubs leaved staggard at 5-10 minute intervals. Worked out well and it was tons of fun. Some really unique cars there, Skylines, EVO's, S/C'd G35's and such. Well worth the time. Only issue I can see is if it rains, cause the end spot is a field ???

also, for the end meeting spot, i have a lunch treat for everyone who shows, so don't worry about buying food!

drinks are covered, im bringing water ( to suffice that everyone drinks diff kinds of cola and watnot) , so if you guys want anything other than water, then jus bring enuff for yourselves...im making this very easy and simple, not to knock what you said CC....its just less hands in teh pot makes things easier and quicker!
