TB Ground

so i finally went to homo-depo and bought some 10g wire and connectors and did the tb ground mod. for 3 bucks why not try it out...and wow it works, smoother shifting and better throttle responce. i sugest this mod to those who havent done it.

I would have to agree with that, I tried it on my manual 3 which brought on no noticible results.

thats weird how it didnt work for you guys but im still finding it as a worthwile mod. the only thing i can think of is, i scuffed up the throlle body and connectors so i would have a better connection, maybe im getting a better ground. but i could be talkin crazy talk.

Its not crazy, it makes sense. There is another possibility though, 'Corrosion'... its quite possible you and anyone else who noticed a difference might have had a bad ground somewhere to start with! I had my vehicle oiled sprayed the day I picked it up...I don't know if that made a difference, but its possible.
