She's finally here!!!

Despite the deep sorrow of losing my original zoomy due to very disturbing and invasive circumstances, I have finally completed the upgrade to the 'SuperZoomy': mazdaspeed3! The anticipation was nearly unbearable but I finally got it.

On a special note: many thanks to Jeff from Mazda of Toronto for making all this so very painless!

So far it's probably the most fun car i've ever owned. The power and handling are trully great, however regardles of the upgraded suspenssion, i still think it needs to be lowerd and also a blow off valve... so the wish list for upgrades has been already started.
First thing i did is took it for a drive to Pacific Mall, where we met her sister, now we have to schedule a playdate!

Congrats on the car...but you are driving the thing WRONG! ehhehheh

There is no reason for you to be above or hovering @ 6000RPM, the little turbo just stops sayin "I think I can..." the shifting sweet spot is at 5500RPM (only benefit is if you want smoother shifts...the power backs of completely after 6000 and that engine mount isn&#039;t as sprung back from the power, with the drop I&#039;d go for a new rear mount as well~Mazda really needs to invest more money in the design of their mounts* >:(...just watch a dyno vid of the MS3 in action)

From driving both the MS3 and MS6 it applies to both all the same ;)

I like the placement of the front plate, thought about it myself but chose not to so that I wont have any issues when I eventually go with a FMIC. I like the little changes you&#039;re making, but think I&#039;m gonna keep mine looking as stock as possible.

MazdaSpeed3, do you still have the leveling option from the factory HID install functional with your upgrade?

What controls the leveling in the the Factory OEM HID? a cable connected from the dash switch or something else? Anyone know or have experience other than Vlad?

yes leveling option still works cus i only chaged the bulbs ..... there is a motor @ back of the lights with a wire running to the dash and a switch with 3 settings

Dual horn

I just did the dual horn mod a week or two ago.

It looks like your second horn isn't installed correctly (I'm assuming your horns are in the wheel well.)

You have to point both of them down towards the ground or you will get water stuck in the one that isn't pointing down.

Also, it is better to point them towards the ground so that the sound distributes in all directions evenly.

BTW - what kind of horns are those? Doesn't look at all like the Fiamms that come with the Mazda 3's.
