Well I am hoping he will return the bulbs, if not I already have all the information to make a small claim and win, the problem is two sets of bulbs are only worth $300, but he will also be responsible for court fee's and lawyer fee's as I can not make it to Quebec for this so I have no choice but to higher a local lawyer. So I am hoping he will return the bulbs or he will be out over $4500 :( I have already contact a legal aid in his home town, just need to finish the paper work.

I have both tracking numbers with his signature signing for the delivery.

This is not the first time I had someone try to steal from me, the first person was out $2300USD after all said and done, he was from texas he re sold the HID kit instead of shipping it back. The second finally returned the kit after he was summand to court.

Well we will see I am hoping he returns them also because it is such a PITA to sue in small claims. Even when you win you still need to enforce the judgement if they do not want to pay and higher a officer of the court to obtain the money or seize assets for auction to recoup funds.

Then you need to file a new claim to recoup that money from them, the legal system is a huge loop.

I know its only $300 but if you do not go after it people never learn a lesson.

1. This joker was supposed to send me a prepaid envelope to return his bulbs (its common practice...Xtec does it too), I told him if I could I would drop it off when I was in TO but I was too busy.

2. He decided to send me a couple of emails, quicly followed by his freaking out like a crazy ass....I didnt see that he was in such a rush when was I emailing him like crazy before my TO trip to try so hard to set up something, he didnt seem too much in a rush to get his bulbs back then, so now when his timetable suits him he expects me to be at the ready to respond to him... btw this thing about emailing me for weeks... bullshit....his emailed me like a week ago and I didnt check the email till like yesterday.....

3. he originally sent me a set of bulbs, spacers were rubbish, he was supposed to get Taiwan to send me a set of bulbs... box came... small little box... marked bulbs..declared value $2 bucks and inside were a bunch of hollowed out spacers... told him thats what I got.. in reference to his previous email I said I got the same thing that one of this clients did...(which was wrong) and he decides to be a conman and hold me on that....fine I owe u $2 and u owe me $2 for the wire taps you did not include in the set you sent in the first place.

4. i never denied or avoided returning the 1 set of bulbs i have, and have already sent it back to him, but not when he try to pull a fast one and say that I have 2. And he has my signature for 2 fedex packages.. 1 original ones and 1 replacements he sent after the taiwan spacers arrive... i paid for 1.. i returned 1.. so we're even...

you know what I couldnt care less what is thought about me here...some of the guys here behave like children.. like one guy said..always trying to pick a fight nd when I retaliate then i become the bad guy whatever people.....i wonder what kind of response i would get if i had posted a similar post about a vendor... its all a bloody witch hunt.. and i have no intention to play stupid childish games...

I told devin, its very simple really...stop trying to pull this legal threats with me because its really simple.. i have your bulbs, you pay to have it sent back like everyone else and you'll get it back, which he initially refused but did so in the end, so i have already sent it back. You guys needs to keep in mind, I have initially had to hunt him down just to get him to respond to my emails about meeting him, which i was unable to actually fix something up, so logic states that he follow up and email me right after or send me the envelopes or make some kind of arrangement.. not freak out like an idiot and start posting all over the place....its $150 bucks..... for good ness sakes....i may like a good deal but cmon $150 dollars ? like I would be desperate for that LOL...............
