Can I sell this? Does anyone know if they can change the key part?

Yeah you can sell it. The new owner will have to get a new key cut. Flippy just sold his because he got the remote starter.

There are two parts to the flip key... Bigger longer part is the remote...smaller part on top is the key... You can just get a new key section. Probably not very expensive as I assume the remote is the more costly part of the flip key set up.
