I've never even touched a PSP before, but Google yielded this:

1) You need a good Memory Stick (MS) Pro Duo.

2) You need a ripping program to shrink your movie to size that will fit your MS.

3) Once converted to MP4 file, tranfer via ImTOO PSP Video Converter (download FREE)

Hey guys! thanx for all the help! I figured it out after a few hours... lol. I guess it is pretty simple to do... as long as you have the right programs! LOL and enough memory :)

I use DVD decrytper to rip the DVD's... that gives me a VOB file

then I use PSP Video 9 (highly recommended) to convert the VOB into a MPEG-4.. then use the same program to copy it to the PSP in the correct folder :) I figured it out! wooo hoo!
