somethign along the lines of the bought a fridge, got delivered, it was broke, refused to fix, finally got a replacement, it was also broken, refuse to replace....all like 3 days before thanksgiving

customer service SUCKED DICK, after they gave them their word....oh man it was a hassel....eventually went to maytag...
