Happy New Year to everyone.

On Friday December 29th I realized that my Mazda3 had just passed the 16K mark and therefore decided that it was time to call the dealer for service. I called my regular dealer, Erin Mills Mazda however they couldn't get me in until next Saturday. I called the new Mississauga Mazda which just opened in early December and was told that they could do it the following day.

I arrived at the dealer at 9:00 AM. Was greeted by one of the service guys who promptly took my information and directed me to the waiting room. No TV or Newspaper to keep me busy so I walked around and looked at the new cars in the show room. My car was ready at 9:40, $29.95 plus tax was all it cost and I was satisfied with the entire experience.

Based upon my first visit, I would recommend this dealership to the members of this club.

The dealership is located on Erin Mills Parkway south of Battleford in Mississauga.

Hi,
When you head north on Erin Mills just north of Brittania Road on the east side (right side) you can access the dealership. If you're heading south you have to turn left on Battleford Road and it's on the right hand side.
It's next door to Meadowvale Ford.

Got my service done there today but it didn't cost me $29.95 + tax. It cost me $36.95 + tax ($22.95 for parts, $14 for labor).

But I liked the quick service. And the dealership is very clean. Also liked how you can drive your car straight into the service department where its nice and toasty. And after you step out of your car, the service desk is just in front of you. No more having to walk outside in the cold during winter.

The service and parts guy there were both from Prima Mazda. Nice guys to work with.
