Hey guys and gals... I have heard a few funny ones as of lately and would like to see what you guys and gals have decided upon for new years resolutions... Last year I said I would get back in shape..... I did. 315 workouts later.... 297 hours on the cross trainer and over 350 hours of weight lifting and this year I decided to make my news years resolution a better diet! I know many of you may think it is weird that I know the details of my gym sessions.... I was told to keep track when I was with a personal trainer to get me off to a good start... being a pilot, it is much like a logbook! sooooooooooo what are yours!

Hmmm... This year, I gotta quit smoking. (I can hear Ami saying "FINALLY") ... So it's my mandate to quit smoking this year... Get back into the ole work out routine by summer... and uhh, to get my engagement ring ... (laugh)... does that count? :P jokes.

I think my resolution, starts with finally giving in and having the surgery to repair the damage to my left knee(almost no cartilage left), and then getting myself back into game shape.
Ever since I hurt my knee again(about 2 years ago), I've been lazy and complacent.

I never make 'New Years Resolutions'. If I want to better myself in some way I don't wait until a new year begins.

haha yup
mine is to quit smoking too!

however, i am making a serious attempt, tommorow is day 7 without a smoke! A few members from here, and a few of my friends in the MASIV all make the same resolution, it is so far easier with most of my smoking friends not smoking either!

also, graduating this year is on my new year resolution list!!! i think this will be easier than the not smoking!

HaHa that was my resolution last year! By the fourth day I was just like that airline stewardess in the patch commercial...hilarious!!, needless to say I started up again before I killed someone.
Hope you guys have better luck, its a terrible and costly addiction.
