Am I the only one that does not watch 24?

All I hear about is how good this show is... it's on the news... people at work talk about it, but I don't watch the show.

The premiere is 4 hours?

Even if I wanted to get into it I would be many seasons behind.. you can't just watch starting now can you?

i watched up to season 3, i really liked it!

just i didn't have time to keep up with it on tv, i still do plan to get the dvds and watch the rest of the show!

I started with season 5 and loved it. I have not watched 1 - 4. You could start watching now and not need to know the past. You would fit right in.

and yes you can get into it any season.. you'll miss a few of the background themes but they aren't THAT crucial.. pretty mcuh the relationships built b/w the characters give more of a negotiating power/edge.. that's it..

btw.. Jack is so out of it.. we'll see..

LOL... trust me I feel left out when people discuss it at work.

Nothing was on so I wanted to see if I could see what the big deal was about. It was pretty entertaining even though I didn't know who everyone was. I only knew Jack Bauer because he's like part of pop culture.

24 and Alias were the two shows I never watched that everyone seemed o watch.

So many people have offered the previous season for me to watch but I don't know if I have the time to watch them all.

Tonight's episode made me want to watch tomorrow's 2 hours to see what the hell is going to happen.

I'm always perched for Sunday night cartoons. Through the week its SpeedTV, Discovery or Spike. Other channels can go to hell, lol.

I've never seen one full minute of '24'. It's not that I think I won't like it, I just don't have the time for any more TV. If one of the other shows I watched got cancelled (not likely) than maybe, but I'd definately want to start from season 1.

Well I just heard on the radio this morning that the producers of LOST have asked for a meeting with network execs to finalize the date of when the show will end. They don't want it to run too long like so many shows, so they want to plan it all out now. Whenever that happens, I'll start watching 24 :D

I was emailed this link regarding a prequel to this season's premiere. Supposedly it contains some never seen scenes of what happened in China... not watching the show I have no idea if it is true. It takes place 7 months later or something.... supposed to be disturbing scenes or something...
