Dlink any 1 please having a hard time getting tech support from them
i have a router that wont work with my xbox 360 live

i have DI-524 xbox live compatible

Are you trying to connect wirelessly or wired to the router?

I just hooked mine up over the weekend, but its a DI-624. Hardwired, no problem, but when I tried wireless it was able to assign an IP address but nothing else, and wouldn't connect to XBOX Live.

So I went back to wired.

You have to find a compatible x-box live firmware for your router.

Make sure your router has the latest firmware installed, and then see if it works. If not, call tech. support and tell them you need to setup Port Forwarding for Xbox Live.
