Our wing tasting team will be starting the search for the best wing in the GTA. If you don't know what i am talking about see this thread (http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=15843)

Score sheets and pens will be present at each Wing Tasting Team Event.
locations are evenly spread over the east and west sides of the city.

reservation is set for 10 people for 7:00PM

They ask that we arrive promptly at 7:00, the reservation will be held until 7:15 latest!

As well, they will let us split the pounds, so that we can try more flavours!

I am hoping for good attendence, i will try to drop in, maybe around 8:30, if i can get out of school early enough!!

We had a great turnout!

Fifteen Car and Wing were on hand for the first wing tasting event of the season. Despite many remarks that scoring wings is stupid, all those present were enthusiastic, and took to the task in a serious and dilegent manner.

We rated the the Beaver and Bulldog on a number of measures and we sampled 18 different flavours tonight!

Scores are marked on a scale of 1-10.

The results are in.

Some notes before I post the comments that were made!

1. The service staff was happy to make separate bills for us, a lot of places are not happy to do this.
2. The manager made us a reservation on wing night (not something regularly done)
3. Manager spoke with us for a while, and explained how they made the sauce for their exorcist wings from scratch.
4. Waitress was very friendly and accomodating.
5. Waitress was totally cute! :D


Now the comments - as can be expected, some comments are stupid and unrelated to the wings. However, many are funny so we shall see them all!

Final Verdict

We have been coming to the Beaver and Bulldog for over one year, Why do we keep coming back? Simple, excellent food (they have other items than wings too), excellent service and excellent times!

The Beaver and the Bulldog wings were our inspiration for this quest to search for the best wing in the GTA. We simply didn't believe it would be possible.

The bar has been set high, it will be difficult for other locations, to top this!

did we finally disclose our group as a car club to them thats been coming for over a year? to get in on a first name basis thingie?

teh drive is worth it...been coming form kitchener for over a year to this location....keeps me comin back!
cambridge location to open up soon...so itll be hard to make the drive out knowing its a mere 20min away now!
