becasue im a new member i want to get as involved as i can...i dont have crazy amounts of time but im willing to dedicate time to get the most out of this group...and i say you only get out what you put in right...

so is there anything that the owners of this site need help with?

im pretty open to anything really

You can't just come on here and expect to be promoted to senior management just because you want to get involved. Takes time to build up some sweat equity in this club. Take our revered broli as an example:

1. First you have to contribute to forum conversations. Broli has posted the living $hit out of this board from the get go. I mean like post whoring x 10. Even if your response may not have any relevance to the topic at hand, or even if it is unintelligible to the most base denominator of our group, post it. Once you have enough posts, you will have post-number credibility.

2. Get out to the meets. Broli has some egotistical need to show off his Pizza Pizza orange car, but at least he gets out to the meets. Also, you need to show your mettle by suggesting some good wing places.

3. After you've done #1 and #2, keep a lookout for an opening in senior management. Like say the board goes through some internal management turmoil; you can slip in at the time of darkness and unilaterally name yourself as Grand Poobah. Then you have access to the Ban Button. Once there, you can do pretty much as you please. Just like...

So until you complete the Steps to Power regimen, you're only a fly-by-night poseur in my books. Get involved or get out.

honestly, sure, makes some posts, but more importantly make some suggestions, if you see a problem or potential problem, let people know.

And for the record, I do like you broli. I'm not liking the broli restrained by the shackles of mod-hood. I like the free rhyming broli of old where he'd call a farker a farker. I think broli is one of the most enthusiastic members of this club regardless of being colour blind though. majic is enthusiastic, but partly because he's a sadist. Basically, he enthusiastically berates the noobs to bring 'em in line. He's what I call da enforcer.
