Downloading/Uploading Speed Issue

Anybody having slow download/upload speed problems lately?

I started noticing the dramatic drop of speed last week. Or maybe I'm having router problems . . . . . . . Or maybe ROGERS sucks!

i just queue up all the tabs and then go for a coffee and then read.. no wonder skarbs beats me with his replies ;)

Rogers just suck!
I just switched to bell about a month ago. Loved it ever since.
Downloaded about 90gigs of chinese series in a month. Average BT speed is 300k/sec with about 6 things in task.

I was on Rogers for 5 years then switched to DSL. What a huge difference, Rogers Cable internet service just sucked big time! My downloads were twice as fast and consistant. Plus it's cheaper to switch too, I went from $39.95 to $29.95 a month.

Stupid ISP Bandwidth Shaping/Throttling.

Now , all my movies/games are stuck at certain %.

I thought my utorrent (recently upgraded to 1.6) was acting up.
