Katsuro HID foglights in 2007 GT, only passenger side is working...

ok i got my katsuro kit from xenon experts and tried it into my foglights, the weird thing is that one in the passenger side works perfect
but the driver side does not turn on, i cant hear the ballast and no light.
it is not the defective bulb or ballast as when in passenger side both bulbs and ballasts work
only when in driver side it doesn't turn on
also when i put back the regular bulb it turns on fine

i have no idea why it would do this??
somebody anybody help!!!

when i changed the polarity everything was alive

How do the Katsuro's look? Pics please. I purchased some and have them but they sent me the wrong bulbs so I am waiting for some HB4s to be sent back to me to put in the fogs. I can't wait and teaser pictures would be great!
