For all those that use/have used blackberry's, hoping someone can assist.
How do I setup a second e-mail account icon on my blackberry?
I have my corporate e-mail set up on crackberry no problem. I can set up my hotmail account no problem via the BIS. The problem is both accounts flow into the same message list. I want to seperate them. One icon I can open for my corporate e-mail, then a second that only has my hotmail.
anyone know how ?
Sorry I don't know the right answer. I've never tried to seperate them. I don't see anything in my 8700r manual either.
I've always had it under the same icon too. It would be much better the way you are talking about!

I know it's doable, I just haven't figured out how. Everywhere I read, it's people wanting to do merge two inbox into one...

When you do find the answer, please share the wisdom. I too have a crackberry, but can't figure it out!

BIS 2.0 can seperate different email accounts into different inboxes.
Last i heard Rogers wasn't properly on 2.0 yet.
The people to call would be your service provider.

hmm. I could call Bell, but they are pretty stupid. I shall research further, and perhaps call our corporate account manager, and get a direct contact in Level 2 support.

i'm pretty sure bell does not have BIS2.0
try blackberryforums.com and howardforums.com
there MAY be a 3rd party program that lets you seperate them but you cant just do it unless the carrier has bis 2.0
