Me, wife, 2 young kids and the in-laws. End of March/early April.

Will likely spend a couple of days at Disney, but want to hit some beaches. Where to go? Gulf coast or Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area? I'd love to try Miami for a few days, but it looks incredibly expensive. Would like to avoid the crazy drinking college crowd as they stumble about puking their guts out.

Hey WUD, If you have CAA make sure you check them out... You can get some disney, busch gardens tickets for cheap and sometimes even at par.

Miami is pretty expensive, but you can stay a bit north of there like Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood for less money. It's a pretty nice drive and it only takes like 30 minutes to get to Miami. There are beaches in both areas, though south beach was probably the nicest we saw when we were there.
