Looking to buy a Mac Pro

I want to buy myself a Mac Pro (desktop, not the tower). Where is the best place to buy one, aside from the Apple Store? Do these things ever go on sale? I think I should wait until OS X 10.5 is released and save myself the upgrade fee. However, should I wait until a new Mac Pro is released or should I not even bother since this machine is highly upgradeable?
