I was walking along hwy 10 near the PC Go station to tim hortons while I waited for my 3 to get an oil change/emissions test done. (PASSSSED with flying colours of course!!)

Today around 3:20pm, I was headed North on Harwood Ave. in Ajax after picking up my daily large iced coffee and I was driving in front of a dark blue 04-06 GT Mazda3 sedan with an open-mouth grille installed, fogs, and some sort of x-shaped silver stickers where the sunband is located on the windshield.

Driver is an older, blonde lady (? Sorry, I don't mean it as a bad thing, I'm just assuming she is older than I am). We both turned left onto Taunton Rd. and headed west until she turned left onto Whites Rd. and I continued west.

Didn't get a chance to notice any other mods.

Also, yesterday, saw a silver Mazda3 sedan with TM3 plates, tinted windows, and I believe, rx8 rims parked in the designated Contractor Parking spot at Home Depot in Whitby.

Anyone spot a white MS3 in Mississauga on Eglinton near 410. That was me! Getting pulled over for speeding and an improper muffler ticket.

Yes, an improper muffler ticket on a completely bone stock exhaust.

First time pulled over in 5 years of driving, more than 150,000 total travelled kms, and not only does he NOT reduce my ticket at all, but he gives me a second one.

I saw royo yesterday at markville (at least I think it was royo, blue sedan, tm3 plates) in the morning. And I believe on Monday as well.

Well, you'll get your chance in court. Take your car to a Mazda dealer and get them to write up on the dealer letterhead that your exhaust is stock and get them to print and sign their name. Also take some pictures from the back of your car showing your licence plate and then one under the car so you can see the logo on the muffler and one maybe partly out from the bottom so you can see the exhaust and that its the same car. Should be proof enough to get off that bogus ticket

Improper muffler could also mean a whole in the pipe, no cat, or exessive smog coming out.

But if you can prove there is nothing wrong by taking it to a dealer and having them write up that all is in check, you should have no problem getting that thrown out.
