until you do some flashy mods get used to it...stock 3's kinda get lost in the crowd of other stock 3's even if you have TM3 plates, I mean I see so many 3's a day that it is hard to look at the licence plates of every one I see...that and a lot of the heavily modded members here don't run TM3 plates anyways.

I doubt it was less considering that there are less speed3's on the road , so parts availability wouldnt be as much. Buying from Mazda directly wouldnt be cheap either. Most likely the guy just liked the speed3 front clip and probably found one off a wrecked speed3 in a junkyard .
