Hey has anyone heard of Vosier Autosport, it's either in Scarborough or Pickering. Relatively new as I understand. Just curious if anyone's heard of or know them.

I just had a horrible experience with Vosier. Lots of blaming, and finger pointing, no resolution. Extremely unprofessional. I spent almost $900 with them to have my car fixed, and weeks later, my car mysteriously stopped working. And I had to pay someone else over $3000 to fix it. It was hard to get a hold of them to come look at the car, when they finally did, they didn't even assess and provide a quote. I only ended up with long winded emails full of excuses. A big waste of my time and money. And I was treated horribly after a friend of theirs referred me. IMHO, with friends like these, who needs enemies? I'm taking my car to people who are more tenured.

When we come across negative reviews like this, it puts a bitter taste our mouth. For someone to actually go out of her way to jeopardize our companies reputation is just wrong. She doesn't even drive a Mazda!
Ms. Faye Chan was referred froma goo friend oof ours. She owns a 2004 VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE TDI what needed some work done to her job. Due to her situation of her unemployment, she was being a smart consumer and trying to find the most cost efficient way to have what was needed done without spending an arm and a leg. Her vehicle has been serviced majority of the time from Don Valley Volkswagen and they suggested that she needed to have her timing belt and waterpump replaced because she was due. Already she admitted that she was a bit over her regular oil change interval, Faye continued driving her Beetle because again she was tight on funds. Volkswagen quoted her $1200 before tax to change the timing belt and waterpump. To save her money, we offered to do it for $900 all in so she agreed. She had it delivered to the shop Sunday night and we scheduled to work on it first thing in the morning. There was howver a slight delay because one of the parts had arrived in the afternoon. We did however communicate by phone and via text giving her the play by play of her Beetle. By the time we finished the Beetle it was already later in the day. We apologized and she was very understanding. To make things easier, we also went out of our way to deliver the car from Pickering (Vosier location) to Victoria and Sheppard to save her the trip. Even when we delivered the vehicle I explained our situation and she understood. With our wireless payment terminal the transaction was able to be taken care of and we sent from there. Everything seemed fine besides the lenghtly delay in time which was our fault.
As couple weeks later I recieved a phonecall from Ms. Chan on a Sunday mentioning that her vehicle was not running right. A strange noise and loss of power her boyfriend was experiencing. Also had a check engine light visible whihc concerned me. I asked them if the car was running she said yes and if was any indication of overheating and they said no, just a significant losst of power and poor acceleration. Although it was my offday I said I would do my best to stop by her parents place to scan the engine code hoever I wasn't able to because I was spending time with the family.
More than a week has passed and I received a phonecall Monday morning at around 8am with her mentioning to me that her car was brought to the Volkswagen dealership. The dealership said that her turbo "grenaded" and the oil was leaking into the intercooler with metal shavings inside the intercooler hose. Ms. Chan asked if I can take a look at her car to see what was going on and I said that I had some customer pick up and deliveries through out the day and told her that we were quite tied up. Around 1pm that same day I received another phoncecall from her telling me that the dealership is waiting for me to look at the car and needed to know if we were going to look at the car or not. So we left the Yonge and Eglinton area, cancelled a customer appointment to drive down to find out to see the Beetle. After 25mins of driving there, the notice the Beetle parked in the lot. I spoke to the service advisor and she told me that the technician that was working on the car was out for a test drive. We waited 30 MINUTES outside for him to come back! After the lengthy wait I spoke to the tech to diagnose the situation. She said the turbo literally "grenaded" and failed when Ms. Chan or her boyfriend drove the vehicle. I asked him if the timing belt and and waterpump could cause the issue and he said it was a completely irrevelent to the work we did to the car....
Now tell me this, although we were the last people working on the car how can we be responsible for the damages? Another thing that bothers me is that our customer service was unprofessional? As a business owner I still took time, cancelled my appointments and went out of my way to try aiding her situation. We cannot just stop what we are doing and leave our tasks that were assigned ahead of time. The timing belt and water pump was still functionable because the car still idled without overheating. As for the blaming game, who are you to say that we were finger pointing if you were blaming us off the bat?
It's unfortunate that it was perhaps bad timing of wear and tear parts failingright after but you need to get your facts straight before gooing out of your way to sabatoge and small business that strongly believes in karma and integrity. If it wasn't for my customers and supporters I wouldn't have noticed any of your negative reviews on Yelp, Four Squared and on this Mazda forum. Faye Chan, I'm trying to be professional as can be but when it comes to something like this I have to defend what my passion is for. Taking care of our customers, being honest and running business. Members of this group...Faye Chan only made 1 post, unemployed and only joined the forum to leave a negative review. She drives a Volkswagen Beetle TDI. 2004 yellow with more than enough flowers displayed in her rear headrest to put shame on Edward Gardens. She just wasted a good amount of our time and I sincerely apologize for the lengthy response. Just I had to explain the situation in detail to give you viewers a better picture. When it comes to business, we cannot please everyone but if we are at fault we tend to their needs and much as we can. Thanks for your time guys. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dave, there's nothing dishonest about my review about the service I received.
My car was given a clean bill of health, and was dealer serviced from day 1, until you serviced it. My car is 2006, and in good condition.
Did I drop my car off the night before as per your instruction? Yes.
Did I received it back at 10pm the next day? Yes.
Did the engine "grenade" after you serviced it? Yes.
the dealership suggested I talk to you about, and excuse after excuse was made. I had a perfectly functioning car before you touched it, and car with a grenaded engine after you touched it. Those are all facts. And none of it crazy.

Get off our forum Ms. Chan. You don't even own a Mazda yet you are using TM3 to bash a business. This thread will be cleaned up later.
