Wanted to see if there would be interest in trading video games (for any system). Like trading games for a few weeks with other members on the board. I dont know about you guys but PS3 games are expensive and there aren't any means of copyi .. err .. i mean backing them up, so this would be a good way to test/play a variety of games. As for the Wii , i got quite an extensive list of games :P Sorry, but i dont own xbox
Of course theres always the issue of people taking games and not returning, but i think we could develop someway to prevent that.
Anyone else interested ?

just rent it from block buster. 9.99 for 7 days and no late fees will let you keep it for another 7 days then pay another $2 restocking fee and that will give you another 2 weeks.
So for less then $15 you get 30 days.

engineering is a bitch.. you should focus on that unless you're on co-op now ;)

I did it and came out alive back in 04 from Ryerson Aerospace...and I do think it was worth it!

Your kidding right?
The co-ops from UoW are incredible!! $15+ an hour average for your first co-op term? There are guys on there second co-op making $20+, thats incredible for a student!!!
My buddy so far has worked at Bend-All, BF Goodrich and a GM plant.
My cousing worked at a machine shop 1st and has worked at RIM for 2 other co op terms.
Once your out there you'll like it, but from what I've heard the class time isn't that enjoyable.

Yup, UW co-op is gold.....had a ton of friends doing it and they all made decent money, but more importantly, got hooked up with some great jobs when they were done.
Hang in there Chinsterr, it'll all be worth it soon.

alright, this trading games idea is officially DEAD.
The Coop at UW is great, dont get me wrong there. I just feel that engineering (academically) is not my cup of tea haha .

Dude, I hated Engineering at Queens. I'm taking business right now and absolutely love it. I went into eng. straight from high school mostly due to pressure from my parents. Big mistake and a waste of a lot of money!!! But if you are this far through it (finishing 2nd year and passing), stay with it. Many of my friends are raking in the cash right now working. Once I get my CMA and HR designations, I will hopefully be doing the same eventually and not hating my job.
