what the title says! whats the difference?

The Yellows are just another name for the Sports, and are designed for lowered vehicles. The FSD are an OEM replacement shock, but will work fine on slightly lowered vehicles.

How stiff does the fsd go?

Not very stiff & depends on the bumps. Its progressive when you're driving. As you corner harder, the fluid makes the shock compress more, therefore a better handling around corners. (so I thought I read)

yeah i guess that is what i want,
i perfer something stiff but not to the point it cant be a daily driver!
