Thought this was pretty cool. Water sits under the hot oil used for deep frying. When cooking, small crumbs fall through and feed the fish. The Japanese think of everything!

No one knows if goldfish were harmed in the making of this video.
So the oil is hot enough to fry tempura and the water is cool enough to keep fish alive?
I don't think so..
Anyone remember the McDLT? "Keeps the hot side hot, Keeps the cool side cool."
