I went to his last show here in T.O. and it was hilarious. I didn't even bother for tickets to this one as I know most of the material will likely be recycled. Is anyone else impressed that he's sold out the entire ACC and now has a second show? I remember seeing him at Yuk Yuks years ago when not many people knew about him and the place wasn't even packed.

But those withOUT AMEX shouldn't despair. I believe they allocate certain number of tickets for AMEX pre-sale and regular sale. So even if you wait until regular Internet onsale, there will be tickets available for purchased.
Not sure how they determine what seats/sections are allocated to which sale but the tix I got from regular onsale were better than the one I got from AMEX pre-sale (from the last Russell Peters ticket sale). Just a thought.

actually i checked a few of the boards including russellpeters.com or whatever and he's been back to india a few times to get new material.. lets hope so.. although he isn't as funny as he used to be but hopefully it'll be a good show.. so far the gf doesn't know so it'll be a good surprise.. heh

well.. it works like this.. at least what i found out from brief searching..

1st amex front of the line gets dibs for about 2 days.. then acc insiders (since it's at acc) gets dibs on it for 2 days or so and finally it's opened to the public .. of course b4 all this the corporates and scalpers probably get the best seats as there were no floor seats available for amex front of the line or acc insiders

you need a password for acc insiders and i think you might be able to pay using ANY cc.. oh and the convenience fee is less.. by 2 or 3 bux on the acc insiders.. so sorry Jeff.. if you feel i've ripped you off (and myself at the same time) you can let me know and i'll refund your $ ;) lol..
