Well Gyro has ***ed up again...bigtime. I give these dumbasses plenty of chances to prove to me that they deserve my money and business and they drop the ball every time.

I called on March 30th after the service dept had closed and left a detailed msg. asking if I could bring my 3 in for an oil change on Thursday April 5th, as it was my only day off that week. Gave them a week to call me back. Nothing. I call the morning of the 5th to see if they had at least booked an appointment for me. They had not.

No call back so that I could make other arrangements. Bastards. I ask if they have any room to do a simple oil change, the receptionist said "sorry we are booked solid, you can call other Mazda dealerships as they might not be as busy..." Thank you captain obvious. I ask to speak to the manager, and he's out on a training course. Amazing. I leave a msg. asking him to call me back ASAP.

I call Eric at Dave Wood Mazda. He's booked pretty solid, but says come in, I'm sure I can get you in pretty quickly around 2pm. I drive up to Newmarket (I live 5 minutes from Gyro Mazda) and again have an amazing customer service experience at Dave Wood Mazda. Eric is awesome and got the car in and out in about 40 mins and there is a TM3 discount there as well on service.

I get a phone call on the way home from Glen (Service manager at Gyro) saying that he's sorry that they dropped the ball, that they were short staffed etc etc. He's also new and that’s the reason that they got rid of Mike Bowers the old manager, and he plans drastic improvements in the way they do business. He said I should give them one more chance, and let them have at least that chance to earn my business back.

Gyro had "dropped the ball" many times with my car and have cheated, tried to push me around, and denied things that they have done. They have also kept my car overnight when the work on the car had been completed earlier in the day. No phone call again. No monetary offers of compensation have even been offered for the amount of BS I've had to put up with. I don't really think I can trust them with my car anymore. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
