I did a search but can't seem to find anything.
Is it possible to change the boot up message on the stock stereo? I've got a 2004 GT that tells me Hello! everytime I turn her on - would love to change this to something more creative :)

As far as I know, the "Hello!" cannot be changed.

If you put some black tape on the display you can make it say "Hell"

You can hack the computer and change it yourself and then charge $500 to each person who wants it changed and live the good life.
Just a thought.

Ah, the good life, if it just didn't involve work to get there LOL
The other thing I can't figure out is why it doesn't say good-bye when you shut it off. Isn't that a bit rude?
i know how to change that PM me

It should always say FARK when it boots up.

You can get the fatory MP3 deck put into your stock HU... On a MP3 CD, you can get a black track or many blank tracks and name them whatever you like..... Simple enough.
