However, before we do so, we need to build up club funds....I strongly urge you to buy 50/50 tickets!

Hmm, we'll probably be looking into some new polos eventually. I'm not sure if any polos are left.

As far as I know, we didn't order a set amount, like a batch of them.

We just ordered however many people wanted at the time, which obviously wasn't a high number.

Unless there are demos left, which I doubt as well.
I am pretty sure they were all sold.
I could be wrong though.

We could always order more... There are minimum quantities though (at least from my supplier). I believe it is 10. Of course we can change the website at the back to say .ca instead of .com

If we can get a list of 10 or more, I'd be happy to get more ordered.

i was gonna look into it, hell i would by 3 or 4 if they are different colours, i love caps.

i want to see if we can find a place that can do it on fitted caps, and let us make orders based on size, or we just order the fitted caps and take them to the same person who does shirts! if we do caps with velcro, i am iffy.

it is probably cheaper to do it all at once!

flex fit would be good, but i can see some astronomical costs for those.
velcro is bleh, but any other form of fastening would be alright (no snaps) and trucker hats are so ghey!

i ordered some blank caps to see quality of the hat
i will snap some shots of them and give a quality assessment.
my guess is fitted hats would be 20-25, if they werent fitted they would be a bit less but not as nice.

if anyone knows a good source for blank fitted caps, let me know please

Not sure if they would give a deal.... but how about headquarters store in Vaughan mills.. I know sometimes they offer 2 for 1 hats.... and... they carry a wide variety of Full back caps... and they are "flex fit" since I know someone mentioned that on the post........

What about Hoodies (Hooded sweatshirts)??
Hoodies are great for the rainy summer days, or cooler evening meets.
I know they're usually a bit pricier, but I think the comfort and practicality is well worth it.

Just my $0.02 (although i'd be willing to pay more than that if they were availalbe :P)

Nice96GT, love the designs, I think a poll is in order.

I really like the first deisng in post # 81, the 3rd deign in post #88 and the classic look of the forth design in post # 92. As far as the back goes I like the text and logo or just the text.

I have one question, will the place that is doing the embroidery be able to wrap the logo on to the brim of the cap? I would think that is done before the brim is added to the cap, making it difficult to do that on a completed hat.

Personally, I think the straight-on/centered logo is the best looking cap.

As far as the website name goes....
Originally we wanted to put the name on the sleeve of the Polos.
But the name was too long for it to fit properly, so it was placed on the back of the shirt.

I think the same problem will occur with the hats.
In order for it to be readable, the website name will end up wrapping around the entire cap.

that is for a good quality shirt, yes. From what I can tell, our supplier seems to also be a distributor. I checked out three sources, and the two sources that were not selected, both carries our suppliers merchandise.
