Avante's ordering me a new clock....they claim its not a computer problem...my computer and spedometer got replaced last year so I'm kinda concerned

Um.. you did read the TSB I posted didn't you? It's a problem with the LCD screen/module, not the computer or speedometer.

I have had it looked at twice and it still it doesn't work right. F'ing Whitby Mazda, won't replace it until they tried their in house flash or something to try and fix it.

A few weeks ago I got into my car & it was behind by about 20 minutes. It happened overnight. I reset it and haven't had it happen again...yet...

bring it to a dealer.. it is the LCD that needs to be replaced. it is common among the 2006s

ther are times that i will have to set it 3-4 times in one tank though.

Solution: get an AM headunit! preferably one with GPS, that way it uses satellite time. and if the satellite is off... we got more problems than just being late.
