What model number for 2007 Fog lights?

Hi guys,

I will be replacing the fog lights on my 2007 Mazda 3 and would like to know which bulb type is required.

Most people on the forums say H11 (same as the light reference guide). However, the manual states H11 for TypeA and HB4 (9006) for TypeB.

Which type comes stock with the car? Fingers crossed it is H11, otherwise I'll have to ditch the Excelite 9005 I just bought since they are not available in 9006.

9006/HB4, I ordered the wrong ones (H11) when I got my LED bulbs and found out when I took out my stock one.

LOL. The things I can say to that reply...

But to keep it nice and clean, I will say, the manual was read and it stated both HB4 and H11 depending on type (TypeA/TypeB).

2007's got the new bumper so it would be type B. Page 10-8 in your manual.

Thanks all for your replies... I purchased the 9006 and it fit perfectly.

I do not recall seeing that page that Gizmo posted. I looked under Light Bulbs in section 8 and specifications in section 10.

Actually type A applies to the Touring Edition only IIRC.
