May 26th - 3rd Track day @ Dunnville Autodrome 4:00pm - 8:00pm by Touge.ca

2007 May 26th Dunnville Track day by Touge.ca

Hello all,

We have the track Saturday afternoon from 4:00pm - 8:00 pm, cost will be $65 prepaid by May 19th.

A little background -

The Dunville Circuit is one of the safest tracks you can learn on. It's not very fast (save for the around 1/4 mile back straight) and very technical. It's also very fun and you'll spend the whole day mastering your line, and there are some pretty good photo ops.

http://www.dunnvilleautodrome.com/images/track.gif

This is how it will work, for those not familiar with our track days. We're limiting this track day to about 25 cars since we have 4 hours lapping time instead of 3. This gives you plenty of time and room on the track while keeping the crowd down.

We usually have a briefing prior to getting out on the track, followed by a few warm up laps, then lapping for the rest of the day. "Lapping" refers to just that, doing laps. Passing is STRICTLY prohibited except on the back straight, and only when the person in front of you has allowed you by by signaling you to pass. We reserve all rights to kick people off the track that are driving dangerously and/or aren't listening to track marshalls.

For those that have never been to the track, we encourage you to try it out, even if you're still on stock tires (they'll suck, and burn up quick, but it's still fun)

This would be too cool. Too bad I've got a prior commitment that day, and my stocker doesn't need to take a beating like this a month into it's lease. Have a great time to those who make it out!

They're 17" Axis Touring Cup's with 215/45/17 summer rubber on them. Tires are good for this season at the track, but not likely much more than that.

They don't have center caps.

I'll sell for $400 or trade for some other 17" wheels and tires I can use as winter wheels.

Here's pics, if anyone is interested. The tires are Ventus HRII's.

They're not really for sale since at this point I need the wheels for the winter on the 3 and the tires to hold up the Sunfire when I put the Blizzak's on these wheels... but if I can get $400 for them I'll pick up some OEM mazda wheels for winter and bald garbage tires to hold up the Sunfire and someone can have some track fun on these rather than letting them just sit around.

they want us to pay $85 WTF i PM him before due date

Touge
05-24-2007, 10:46 PM
we don't want anyone pay $85. we strongly recommended making prepay of $65 by the due date. We are not going to chase/catch you to make the payment. Drivers who serious about coming to the track days should take the prepay step. For anyone who is waiting for the weather report to make the decision, then it is your choice.

All payment instructions and Kevin's PHONE contact should be either on the Thread or "www.Touge.ca".
Signing up on the thread without making the prepay track fee won't guaranteed you a spot, unless you contact/call Kevin and notify him "BEFORE" prepay deadline or in advance.

for those who made the payment before the Prepay deadline are great.
