Well was driving down town and saw this and had to post it up :) ... Not sure if T.O has a "find a car" , but I know Kingston and Ottawa does. There has been lots of suspicion in regarding this dealership , and how money is run. For example the owner (not even 25) drives a Lamborghini hmmm strange .. I'd say so. But drove past the dealership today, Our local force Kingston police, opp and RCMP blocked and tapped the entire lot off, and were coming out of the building with documents, boxes and computers , just wondering if anyone from the Ottawa or T.O area has heard of the same within their area.

Ignore the crappy cell pics

rumour has it the are fronting a drug ring, or producing a lot of fraudlent documents . They have the "cheapest" cars on the market for buying. Like they have an amazing rx-8 for around 20,000 no clicks. But rumor also has it all their cars come from New Orleans. But if it's on the news I will let ya know . Hope no one bought their 3 from them.

Could be just a fluke, but only one of the Mazda VINs posted on their website actually exist..

And it showed that is was a Quebec car.

The RX-8 and the Mazda6 didn't even come up as real cars in Mazda's Warranty Inquiry..

Hmmmmm....

Wow, these guys have the guile to do that so blantantly. And who are the chumps to buy stuff from them in the first place?

Can the police repro people's car as evidence?

Yes they can. If your car is stolen or otherwise illegally obtained, they can take it whether you knew about it or not. You're just another victim at that point.

I've heard it's fraud, on the level of getting people who shouldn't qualify for financing but do, and charge hefty percentages.
As well, they get their cars from Quebec which have different (looser) safety standards then Ontario thus crap cars and price mark them up.

Story in local paper (http://www.thewhig.com/webapp/sitepages/content.asp?contentid=532828&catname=Local%20news&classif=)
It was complaints against fraud and not the condition of the cars sold.

That article sucked. It told me absolutely nothing of value. :(
