By popular demand! It is time for this to happen and get organized! I am hereby starting a new meet night up here in Thornhill at a Sushi joint known as Hockey Sushi (Yes... like hockey the sport.. I dont get it either). This is an "all you can eat" place and the sushi is pretty damn good! You can be the judge, but it will be this monday the 28th of May at 6pm! I will need to make reservations and the price is 17.99 for the all you can eat. Hockey does have an "a la carte" menu as well... for those of us who cant do all you can eat!

FYI, I dont know if you have been there, but VIP Sushi (yonge and just north of center) has much better sushi, a bigger selection and MUCH BETTER SERVICE. I have been in hockey before and eaten just 2 rounds in over 2 hours when it wasnt even busy... if you havent tried it, you should consider going there.

I will try to make it out though, but you should consider changing the venue

I hear Sushi Marche down at Carlaw and Queen St. East has really awesome sushi. Like freshly made Wasabi and not the paste. Also heard the head chef apprenticed under Iron Chef Miromoto (sp?). Gotta check it out.

Sorry I had to miss the first Sushi Meet. I'm always down for Sushi. I had a major issue with Hardwood in my new home that had to be taken care of, oh btw I now have Grass, so now they make me drive to Milton everyday just to water it. I need to move in soon.

Was great first meet for me. Nice to meet everyone and put some faces to the names.
Thank goodness "snake" came after dinner and it did feel strange. I do think it was starting to take a liking to Joe (probably because he was the only one who would actually hold it).

I should have you look at some of the other guys and girls. I have another snake similar to the one I brought but the coloration and the contrast between the red/white on the tail is gorgeous.

You guys should have all the east side meets in this area from now on, lol
