Sounds like there is hope, Mazda Japan has issued a recall for the broken tranny/motor mount issue. Hope Canada/USA aren't long to follow suit

Looks like it affects certain 2006+ vehicles including the Mazdaspeed.

There has been some actions down in the States. But as for Canada I'm not sure how long due its market size, etc...
