Summer Vacation!

So what are people's vacation plans for this summer? I'm heading to Vegas and Cali in about two weeks, can't wait:bana2

I already took it, I went to Czech Republic, Germany and did a week of skiing Austria in the alps. It was fun!

must be nice.... had 2 of my 3 weeks vacation.... back in May, chilled at some friends cottages, did some work around the house nothing to great.. otherwise I'm working and still have my week in august to look forward too.... no real plans for that vacation other then bbq's and partying....

i am planning to go to vegas this year as well but not in the summer. Its gonna be 40c during the day. My plan is for October.

Cuba in August..then to Baltimore for my cousins wedding in sept

Going to Armenia (very small country beside turkey) for 2 weeks in August. Neer been before, so looking forward to it... besides that, gonna go to Jersey for the September long weekend and a couple of other smaller weekend trips planned here and there... gonna be a busy summer.

Inlaws log cabin in Riding Mtn National Park (Manitoba) for two weeks starting Friday, Cottage just outside of Awenda (Lake Fairlane) for a week in August, possible Vegas four day stink in Sept, Niagra falls for four day conference in late Sept.

Yeah, I'm a part of that work force too but wifey is a teacher so only chance to vacation is during the summer, Christmas and March Break

Well worth it man, get the school out of the way then you can make those dollars and vaca any time you want (provided you get your managers approval:chuckle)

Vacation? What's that?

I get 20 days paid vacation per year. So far I've managed to use 3 days, and with the projects I'm on I can't take more than 1-2 more days until, oh, October. Even then it's hard for me to go because there is no backup for my job where I work.

I still have 12 days left over from last year too :/
