Photoshoot locations?

Hey Guys,

Since we are going ahead with the member spotlight, I am looking for some suggestions from any of you of good/interesting locales to take photos of the highlighted cars at.

Anywhere in the GTA would work, I am looking for some possibly Grungy/industrial looking places, parking garages, areas with multiple levels for possible arial shots.

If any of you work at interesting industrial companies, and can possibly let me and the highlighted member sneak on for around 30 mins without getting hassled, that would be kickass too.

Any suggestions welcome, I just want to get alot of different kinds of shots for these spotlights, and maybe help other members that are into photography find neat looking areas of the city!

Apple creek in unionville have a few nice buildings and overhead parkings. Also woodbine and 14th avenue have lots of industrial buidlings as well. Fairview mall seems to be very popular for parking lots. I really like the one on commerce valley where commerce gate is. There is a parking lot there that looks very nice.

+1 for commerce valley and commerce gate area. Where the Nike building is, has some cool shots.
Also, my old office 105 Moatfield(York Mills and Don Mills), no current tenants in the building, and only some easy to move caution tape stopping you from shooting there.

there are tons of great buildings on commerce valley dr e... theres the caa building.. which at night time has wicked lights... theres the ati buildings and on commerce valley dr w.. there are some great parking garages!

There's the above ground parking lot that belongs to Allstate thats free to go in at night and it's not bad. It's right on allstate parkway off of Hwy 7.

niagra falls would be a pimp place.... kind of far but cool...
even the new sam's club parking lot on high tech.. with the sun setting is pretty cool with all the hydro lines behind the car...

i will get some shots there as soon as i can, and i will post em.

i think we should make a thread where we have a photoshoot locations, a map to where they are, and some shots of the area (with and without the cars)

i will sticky the first thread that i see that is started in that manner, who will get it done before i have time to do it . . .

it would be soo hard to get the shot, but u could do it in a parking lot perhaps with people walking by . . u make look like a fool though . .
