View Full Version : Soon to be a 3GT Owner
So I finally gave in to peer pressure and bought a Mazda 3GT Sport. S.F.W. has been trying to convince me to buy one for about 2 years now and since my current car is on its last legs, I agreed to check out a Mazda.
I was looking at a 'previously loved' Mazda but then 'The Biz' and S.F.W. ganged up on me and I found myself checking out new Tributes, 6's and 3's. After a long and torturous road (with apologies to The Biz) I ended up with a 3 last night. Phantom Blue, sans Luxury Package.
I've been driving S.F.W.'s 3GT around for the past few days and I must say it's a nice ride. It's a little different than my previous car, but it's much nicer :chuckle
I'll do a more detailed post about the buying experience, but I really can't say enough good things about Jeff (The Biz). If you ever need to get a Mazda, talk to this guy. I was NOT looking forward to dealing with the hassle of buying a car, but Jeff made it way too easy. Very up front and open about everything. Thanks Jeff!
Hope to get into my car by Saturday and post some pics soon. :bana2

welcome good sir. Nothing like the satisfaction of knowing I succeeded in the 2 year sales pitch. Thought I think ultimately Jeff's "massaging" of the numbers did more than I.

Dude!
You're the guy I met when I picked up my shirt from Jeff. Glad to see S.F.W. was able to drag you over to the Dark Side. Your initiation at the hands of the Over Lord Biz is but a first step.

1. Welcome to the board.
2. Good choice on the hatch. It's twice the car the sedan is.
3. Good choice on the colour.
4. Any modifications planned?
5. Point number 2 is going to get me in deep shit around here.
6. Post up some pictures when you get the chance.

women like more "junk" in the front end than the trunk, so if you think about it like that, you shouldnt be getting a mazda at all!
