CAI Install Complete, but what the heck is a BP sensor ?

Ok, I just did my first mod, and installed a Mazdaspeed CAI.
Thanks muchly to the crew in the "How To" section !
For a person who has never even changed their own oil without
a mechanic friend watching to make sure he didn't screw it up
this was serious freakout territory. Removing splashguards, drivers
side fender wall stuff, bolts up in the engine ! I kept thinkin
what the hell are you doin man you're no mechanic !
When I was done it looked like half of my engine was sitting in
the driveway !

Anyway, I digress. The reason I started this thread is because
the instructions talked about a "BP Sensor" that I was supposed
to attach to the CAI. I don't remember removing or uncoupling
any kind of "BP Sensor" from the old air intake or resonator box,
and didn't see anything hanging about that I wanted to mess with.

Do any of you more experienced types know what a "BP Sensor"
is and whether or not my car is going to implode when I take it
for it's first spin ?

this is off M3F, its specifically for the Fujita, but in this situation, i think will apply

"The new design works great. Remember if you have an 04-05 you need to take the barametric sensor off your stock air box, It just bolts to the side of the box and doesn't actually stick in it. Reattach it to the connector and wire tie it to some of the other hoses in the car. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS YOUR CAR WILL THROW A CEL. 909 and I were thinking that this may also be the reason for all the CEL's in the older model. If anyone has the old pipe I would suggest attaching the sensor (once again it never goes into the intake, just sits in the engine bay and was attached to the outside of the stock air box) and wiping the computer. Unless you just want a new pipe in which case it's Fujita's fault for not testing the old pipe while I let them have my car."
